Makes 1 Dozen
INGREDIENTS
3 strips of Kayem Maplewood Smoked Bacon, cooked and sliced crosswise into 1” squares
24 pecan halves
12 chocolate caramel filled candies, Rolos work well
1 tsp Maldon salt
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 275*
Arrange the pecan halves in clusters of 2 side by side on a parchment lined baking sheet. Place one Rolo (taken out of the wrapper) on top of each pair of pecans. Bake 3-5 minutes, just until the chocolate exterior and caramel interior begins to soften.
Out of the oven, gently press a Maplewood Smoked Bacon square on top of the chocolate. Top with a dusting of Maldon salt and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
